Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Docketing Services to join our team. In this essential role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Position Summary
The Director of Docketing Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and management of Fisher Phillips' Docketing Department. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, this position is responsible for implementing and leading the Firm’s centralized Docketing Department. Responsibilities include standardized docketing processes, ensuring the accurate and timely management of litigation deadlines, and promoting consistent practices across all offices.
The Director will build a high-performing team, and partner closely with attorneys, the Office of the General Counsel, Office Administration, Information Technology, and Knowledge Management to optimize the firm’s use of Milana and other docketing technologies.

The annual range for this position is $125,732 - $200,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
