Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Governance and Design Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This role is responsible for creating on-brand marketing materials across digital, video, and print media, while also serving as a steward of the firm’s centralized brand governance model. The position includes oversight of long-shelf-life brand assets to ensure compliance with the firm’s brand standards and supporting the implementation of templates and standard materials into the firm’s systems.
The Brand Governance and Design Specialist will report to the Senior Creative Services & Design Manager. The ideal candidate will bring creative and original ideas, a keen eye for detail, organizational skills to support a scalable design foundation, and the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams to champion the Fisher Phillips brand system.
